Registration will remain the same for the 2019/2020 season.
The 2019/20 Season Registration is opened until August 31 after that A $100 late registration fee will be applied on all registrations submitted from September 1st -6th. ABSOLUTELY NO registrations will be accepted after Sept 6th.
Registration will be considered complete only when:
1. Registration form is complete and submitted (online or paper copy)
2. Respect in Sport is complete. Those that are new to hockey or those that have expired. Your Respect in Sport has expired if you took it prior to the 2016/2017 season. You should have received an email from Respect in Sport regarding your account. If you have not please contact Respect in Sport directly as HLMHA is unable to assist with your account.
3. Payment is received in full. This includes any outstanding fees or invoices (unreturned game jerseys) from previous season.
You can register online at www.hlmha.com. If you are choosing E-transfer or cash payment you can still fill out the registration form online. - Reminder - you must have your respect in sport number to register.
Once you are on the HLMHA website click on the Registration tab it will then take you to Hockey Canada’s website to complete the registration process.
If you set up an account with Hockey Canada last season you will already have most of your information entered. High Level Minor Hockey does not have access to your user name and password.
If you are a new registrant, you will have to create a new account with Hockey Canada.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment Plan: Payment plan option will consist of 3 payments and is only available for set-up until June 30th/19. Once you register, your credit card will be charged an initial fee of $250 and the remaining two payments will be split evenly coming out July 31 and August 31. Fill out the registration information, at checkout on the Hockey Canada site it will give you the option to pay in full using your credit card or payment plan.
For Example, if your child is in Atom the fee is $840 the first payment will come off your Visa on the day you register and it will be $250 the remaining two payments will be $295.
E-transfer: To take advantage of this option please select Other at the end of the online registration.
E-transfer to highlevelmha@gmail.com password is Hockey2019. This has to be completed by you through your bank we cannot Direct debit form your bank account.
Other: Cash payment arrangements please email minor hockey at the email highlevelmha@gmail.com to make these arrangements.
